A Semi-Homemade Christmas!

I know what your thinking Christmas already?? It is only 98 days away and with trying to go homemade I need all the time I can get!! Plus I will have a big beach ball of a belly this year, making getting things done a little harder!!

I am determined to have a Semi-homemade Christmas this year! What better way to save money & be frugal than making all the things you need for Christmas and trimming that HUGE budget? Let’s face it a lot of us go WAY overboard on the spending at Christmas time and who can afford that? Plus everyone LOVES getting a homemade gift!
I won’t necessarily be making everything from scratch but am going to try and do as many things homemade as possible!! Here is what is on my list so far! As I work on things I will post with pictures and instructions!!

Christmas Decorations
~Popcorn and/or cranberries garland
~Dough ornaments
~Other ornaments (felt, paper etc.) ~Wreath

Gifts!
~Homemade food gifts
~Homemade body care products
~Picture Gifts

Christmas Dinner!
Try and make as much as you can from scratch! This will save money and taste much better!!

My family doesn’t do a traditional Christmas Dinner, we leave that for Thanksgiving. Our tradition instead is Indian Taco’s on Christmas Eve along with lots of Christmas Candies, and Sausage dip!
What are you doing to save money this Holiday Season?!
